This pins logic follows carrier and tone if the channel is programmed as such.

The pin required is next to the one marked BC or 8C.

It's the 4th pin from the corner on the "Secret, Custom, Special Chip", and we believe it to be pin 4 as looking on down to the other end is pin 13.
