The Static Buster can be purchased from Kevin Custer  W3KKC.  They are $29 in any quantity, including shipping (USPS Priority Shipping in the USA).
The Static Buster is not available from any other vendor, as I am the exclusive source.  I'm happy to provide this product as I personally know it WORKS.
